IMPORTANT: Please read this manual carefully before assembly and save it for reference.
Battery-operated Starry Lights with Timer
1) Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire or cords.
2) When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, remove batteries when storing the product.
3) When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
If the product does not work:
1) Make sure all batteries are new, installed correctly, and match the polarity indicated in the battery holder (if any are installed in
reverse, the unit will not work).
2) If lights are dim, replace with 3 new batteries.
3) If water collects in the battery compartment, allow interior to completely dry (use towel to dry and then air dry indoors
overnight) and clean contacts.
1) Insertion, removal and disposal of batteries should be done by adults only.
2) Insert batteries paying close attention to the polarity.
3) Do not mix old and new batteries.
4) Do not use rechargeable batteries.
5) Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium batteries).
6) Remove the batteries when the item is not in use for an extended period of time or when depleted. Batteries will corode over
time and may cause permanent damage to unit.
7) Used batteries should be disposed of according to your local and provincial government guidelines. Do not throw batteries in
household trash.
8) Keep away from children.
9) Retain these instructions for further use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
This product requires 3 AA 1.5 V batteries (not included). Use alkaline batteries for best
performance and longest operating time.
1) Carefully remove product from packaging, being sure not to cut any wires.
2) Unlock the plastic clips (Fig. 1) to open the battery box cover.
3) Insert 3 new AA batteries matching the polarity shown inside the battery compartment.
4) Close the battery box cover and lock the plastic clips.
5) This item has just one button. The button (Fig. 2) is both the ON/OFF switch and multi-function switch.
6) To turn ON, simply press the button once, and press the button again to find your required lighting function:
Combination, Wave, Sequential, Slo Glo, Flash, Slow Fade, Twinkle, Steady On, Off.
7) Once this button is pressed, the timer chip will run these lights for 6 hours. The lights will then turn OFF
automatically for 18 hours and come back ON again the following day.
