7-3. Remote Control via RU-3000

Crosspoint switching and other operations can be performed by remote control by connecting a
RU-3000 remote control unit to the serial interface (I/F) of the VSF-600. A connection example is
shown in the figure below.

<Connection Limitations>

Up to 14 remote control units can be connected (including loopthru connections).

The total extension distance of the cables connecting the units is a maximum of 1.2 km.

The following connectable options are available.
