UPON RE CEIVI NG THE LIFT PACK
This LiFT Pack ships in storage mode. To activate your LiFT Pack:
1
Turn ON the power by pressing the button above the data port
on the front of the battery pack.

Once the power is ON, plug the battery pack in and allow it to
fully charge.
Remember: When installing the M36 LiFT Pack in equipment,
shipping to other locations, or storing, make sure to ALWAYS turn
the battery pack OFF. Otherwise the electronics will drain the
battery pack and create a risk of over discharge and damage.
CHARGING
•
The M36 LiFT pack has fast charging capabilities and can be
fully charged in about 2 hours.
•
Plug the M36 LiFT Pack into a charger whenever possible.
Opportunity charging will prolong battery pack life.
•
Prolonged charging will not harm the M36 LiFT Pack. The M36
LiFT Pack Battery Management System (BMS) prevents
overcharging and balances the Lithium-ion cells at the top of
charge.
•
Charge the battery pack for an extended period (6 hours) once
a week to allow the cells to balance.
•
The State of Charge (SOC) gauge recalibrates every time the
M36 LiFT Pack fully charges.
•
Only use authorized chargers provided by Flux Power or our
resellers.
SAFET Y AND INST ALLAT ION
•
ALWAYS use proper lifting techniques and equipment when
installing the battery pack.
•
The LiFT Pack is designed to be lifted with the hooks on top of
the battery pack.
•
The LiFT Pack does not require regular maintenance.
•
All batteries have an Early Warning System, and the external
devices MUST be connected for the battery pack to function.
•
The battery should remain ON (green light lit) during the entire
life of the battery. The only exception is when the battery pack
will not be in use for more than 2 weeks.
•
Do NOT attempt to open the LiFT Pack.
Remember: Turn the M36 LiFT Pack OFF when shipping, storing, or
leaving the battery for long periods of time.
