To see more information about a remote’s battery status

Make the connections shown in Figure 2 and turn on both
testers.

For CertiFiber Pro testers, select
Smart Remote
or
Loopback
mode.

Make sure the connection icon shows at the top of the screen

).

Tap
TOOLS
, then tap
Battery Status
.
When the AC adapter is not connected, the screen shows the
Time Remaining
, which is the approximate battery life at the
present rate of use.
