Measure Input 2

Press the INPUT 2 soft-key to select Input 2 for measurement. Measurements
made with this channel will use the probe setup parameters specified for Input
2.

7.1.3

Alternate Channels

Press the ALT N soft-key to select the alternating measurement mode. With this
mode the channels are automatically switched after a certain number of mea-
surements are made on each. For example, if n is set to 5 then five measure-
ments will be taken with Input 1, the next five will be taken with Input 2, and
the sequence repeats.

The alternate mode works with either of the sampling modes described below
in Section 5.2. If continuous sampling is selected, the channels will alternate
indefinitely while measurements are made. If SAMPLE N is selected, the chan-
nels will be switched alternately until the total number of measurements
reaches the number specified with SAMPLE N.

7.2

Sample Menu

The SAMPLE MENU contains functions that allow you to control the measure-
ment process including timing, digital filter, and statistics. The soft-keys within
the sampling menu are RUN/STOP, SAMPLE N, SAMPLE TIMING, DIGI-
TAL FILTER, and RESET STATS.
