6 WIRED LAN CONFIGURATION
A Fluidmesh network is completely compatible with any TCP/IP wired network.
However, the wired LAN connected to Fluidmesh gateways need to be properly
configured.
In order to address the Fluidmesh units and the cameras attached to them, you need
to configure the LAN in such a way that every packet for the following classes of
addresses is routed to one of the available Fluidmesh Gateways.
Classes of address that need to be routed through a Fluidmesh Gateway:
IP 5.0.0.0
NETMASK 255.0.0.0
IP 1.0.0.0
NETMASK 255.0.0.0
IP 2.0.0.0
NETMASK 255.0.0.0
In case you do not have access to the LAN configuration, contact the local network
administrator to add static routes towards the Fluidmesh Gateway for the
appropriate classes of addressees.
