Loading and unloading the swap body
The swap body must be loaded and unloaded in a jerk-free manner and without any
tilting, tipping or slipping of the swap chassis or supporting feet.
Unloading the swap body
Procedure
-
Release the attachment between the body
and chassis.
-
Open the stopcocks
on the 4 lifting
cylinders.
-
Extend the lifting cylinders by operating the
hydraulics on the towing vehicle.
-
Slide the supporting feet into the designated
guides.
Secure the supporting feet with a safety
bolt.
-
Slowly retract the hydraulic cylinders into
their initial position.
-
Close the 4 stopcocks
again.
-
You can drive the chassis out from
underneath the swap body.
Loading the swap body
Procedure
-
Drive the chassis underneath the swap
body.
-
Open the stopcocks
on the 4 lifting
cylinders.
-
Extend the lifting cylinders by operating the
hydraulics on the towing vehicle.
-
Remove the safety bolts from the supporting
feet.
-
Pull the supporting feet out of the guides.
-
Slowly retract the hydraulic cylinders into
their initial position.
-
Close the 4 stopcocks
again.
-
Secure the attachment between the body
and chassis.
