Attaching the lifting cylinders to the swap chassis
If possible, have the cylinders fitted by a specialist workshop.
Attaching the hydraulic (lifting) cylinders
If the lifting cylinders have not yet been fitted to
the swap chassis, they must be attached as
follows:
Step 1
Attach the lifting cylinders to the mounting plate
on the swap chassis
Step 2
Route the hydraulic line from the front of the
ASW to the 4 individual lifting cylinders
Step 3
Connect the hydraulic line to the lifting cylinder
Step 4
Bleed the hydraulic system

Using the supporting feet
Most accidents occur when working with the supporting feet.
When using the supporting feet, ensure that hands and feet are not crushed.
The supporting feet are not connected to the swap body.
They are supplied separately and attached for use when
required.

Slide the supporting feet into the lateral guides

Lock the supporting feet

To adjust the height, release the lock on the foot
and re-engage it after the adjustment
