Before assembly, check the minimum length of the drive shaft.
The minimum length is the smallest possible distance between the tractor PTO and
the connection point on the trailer.
An excessively long drive shaft can buckle during operation or even break off.
The section tubes of an excessively long drive shaft can be shortened using an angle
grinder with a metal cutting disk or similar tool. The tubes are made of hardened
material. After cutting, deburr both section tubes and remove all swarf.
You must also read the drive shaft operating manual carefully and follow the
contained instructions.

Shorten the drive shaft and the corresponding protective tubes on both sides.
Otherwise, the shaft could be damaged.
Only attach the drive shaft when the tractor motor is switched off.
With regard to the attachment of the drive shaft, you must also read and follow
the instructions in section 16.2
Check the drive shaft length when straight and at maximum steering angle.
Check that the drive shaft profile has overlapped by 2/3 and can still move
freely when steered.
With overload protection
max. torque 2000 Nm
6.10 Electrical systems
Before each journey, check to ensure the electrical light system is working properly.
The trailer must only be used when the lighting system is connected and operational.
Before working on the electrical system, disconnect the connecting cable from the
tractor.
