When you try to connect to MTX-StarEnergy-M via HTTPS your browser will probably show you a

warning message regarding the self-signed digital certificate. It’s completely normal

2.5.11 Other:

If an external server is required to authenticate the device’s HTTP and Telnet services, it must

be configured in this section.

• Server

: IP or DNS address of the server

• Port

: listening port of the server (by default 49)

• KEY

: encryption password

• Service http

: check the box if you want the device’s web access to use the authentication

service

• Service Console

: check the box if you want access by telnet or ssh (Remote console) to the

device to use the authentication service
