Rear hooks
• Check the condition of the rubber roller which limits vibrations. It is a wearing part, available as a spare
part, which is fixed with TBHC M4x16 screws.
• Check that the rear hooks don’t vibrate in the wheel blocks. If necessary, tighten the two M8 screws
again with a 5mm Allen key and a 13mm flat spanner. Remove the wheel and tighten the nuts TORQUE
30 N.m socket 13mm while maintaining the screw head Allen 5mm.

Crochets arrière
• Vérifier l’état du rouleau en caoutchouc qui limite les vibrations. C’est une pièce d’usure, disponible en
pièce de rechange, qui se fixe avec vis TBHC M4x16.
• Vérifier que les crochets arrière ne vibrent pas dans les blocs roue. Si besoin reprendre le serrage des
deux vis M8. Retirer la roue et serrer les écrous COUPLE 30 N.m douille 13mm en maintenant la tête de
vis Allen 5mm.

Checkpoints
• Check the general condition of the latch control cables and their housings
• Check the condition of the rubber stop (anti-vibration). If it is in too bad
condition, contact us for spare parts.
• Check the position of the latch hooks when the drawbar is in high
position (see p. 12):
Both latch hooks must reposition themselves vertically after fully
depressing the white lever that actuates them. If it’s not the case, see the
adjustments in the following section. Drawbar in high position !

Points de contrôle
• Vérifier l’état général des gaines et des câbles de commande de gâche
• Vérifier l’état de la butée caoutchouc anti-vibration. Si elle n’est plus ronde
ou déchirée, nous contacter pour pièce de rechange.
• Vérifier la position des gâches avant lorsque le timon est en mode
piéton.
Les deux gâches doivent se re-positionner verticalement après avoir
appuyé totalement sur la manette blanche qui les actionnent. Si ce n’est
pas le cas, voir le réglage dans la section suivante. Timon position haute !
