This accessory kit has been designed for use on Flexcon H2PLU/H2PLS Series tanks only. Please read and understand completely these
instructions as well as the instructions included with the tank before attempting installation or service of the product. Retain this manual
for future reference. Please pay particular attention to safety warnings on the product and throughout this manual.

1. H2PLS/H2PLU Series tanks are not designed to withstand vacu-
um. You must install a properly sized vacuum breaker valve if the
possibility of vacuum exists in the system.
2. Turn off all electrical power to the pump and control system
before working on this tank.
1. Take proper caution to prevent overheating of plastic fittings and
parts during assembly.
2. Do not use excessive glue which could cause vent holes and
openings to become plugged.

The following materials are required for proper installation;
AVC Kit to include, air volume control, top vent fitting with adapter, coupling.
1/2” pvc pipe cut to proper length (see table)
PVC cleaner and glue
Teflon tape
Assembly Instructions
Note: When using pvc cleaner and glue, please follow manufacturer’s reccomendations for
use and proper ventilation.
1. Cut 1/2” pvc pipe to length ensuring that the cuts are straight and free of burrs.
2. Glue the pipe to the top fitting adaptor and the coupling.
3. Using teflon tape, thread the air volume control onto the bottom coupling.
4. Insert finished assembly into the top fitting of the FLU/FLS tank.
