MANTEL CLEARANCE
The use of non-combustible material for mantel is recommended. If using combustible materials, follow the
chart below. Note: When using paint or lacquer to finish the mantel, the paint or lacquer must be heat resistant
to prevent discoloration. The Following clearance chart can be used for non-combustible & combustible mantel
Warning! Do not attach combustible material to the mantel of your fireplace. This is a fire hazard.
