3.3.1
Measurement Method of the Connected Probe
After powering up the instrument, the measurement method
[Ferrite]
ap-
pears on the display. The unit of measurement for displaying the readings
of the current Application is displayed next to it (
ning on Page 179 and 5.6.5 ‘Unit’, beginning on Page 52).
To avoid erroneous readings, no metallic objects must be in close
proximity to the probe tip when powering up the instrument.
The minimum distance is 25 mm.
