Shiny cookie sheets, tins,
or pans being used from
a previous oven with an
unconcealed lower element.
Shiny cookie sheets, tins, and pans reflect
the heat back towards the bottom of
the oven resulting in poor cooking
performance. Food tends to take longer
to cook and does not brown well. The
dark coloured accessories supplied with
the oven work efficiently by absorbing
heat and may reduce cooking times.
