SERVICE PROCEDURE
You may be asked to send your unit in for service.It will be necessary to furnish the
following in order to have the product serviced and returned.
1.
For Warranty Repair, include some form of proof-of-purchase.
2.
You must include the Public Alert System Receiver unit and power adapter.
3.
Enclose a description of the problem with the unit. Include a typed or clearly
printed name, address, and phone number where you can be contacted.
4.
Pack the unit securely to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use the original
packing material.
5.
Ship the unit prepaid and insured by way of a traceable carrier (to avoid loss in
transit) such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Roadway Parcel Service (RPS)
or First Class Insured

The Manufacturer is not responsible for units not received if the package has not
been properly insured.
6.
If the unit is in warranty, upon receipt of your unit it will either be repaired or
exchanged.
Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for your radio to be serviced. If the unit is out of
warranty, we will notify you of the repair charge or replacement charge. If you have any
