T- Burner Kit

Before you begin installing the T-Burner into a burner pan ensure the center hole is 7/8” to 1-inch in diameter (See Fig. 6).   

Ensure to seal the burner nipple and each NPT fitting with thread tape or pipe compound.

 

 NOTE: 

 Flared fittings 

will not require tape or compound on the flared side.  

Step 1:

  Install the T-Burner through the pan (See Fig. 4) then install the OAS and U3-8D-S to the nipple connect inlet gas 

line as shown in Fig. 5.

CAUTION: 

Do not assemble the OAS and U3-8D-S until you are ready to install the T-Burner into the burner pan. The 

OAS is 1½” in diameter and would not fit the recommended center hole size per Fig. 6 and Fig. 9.
