Open the file you want to print and choose Page Setup from the application’s File
menu.

In the Page Setup>Page Attributes dialog box, specify settings for your print job.
If you choose Custom as the paper size, you must also specify settings in the Page
Setup>Custom Page Default dialog box.
When you specify dimensions for a custom page size, the limits for various
dimensions, as defined by the PPD, are displayed.
