8.6 Electrostatic Protection
In the application of the module, due to static electricity generated by human body and charged friction
between micro-electronics, etc. discharging to the module through various channels that may cause
damage, so ESD protection should be taken seriously attention. In the process of R&D, production
assembly and testing, especially in product design, ESD protection measures should be taken. For
example, anti-static protection should be added at the designed circuit interface and the points
susceptible to electrostatic discharge or impact. Anti-static gloves should be worn during production.
