3.3.1.2 Power-on Timing

Note:
Before pulling down the PWRKEY pin, make sure that the VBAT voltage is stable. It is
recommended that the interval between power up VBAT and pull down PWRKEY pin should not
be less than 30ms.
3.3.1.3 Auto Power-on
If the module is required to power on automatically, the PWRKEY pin can be directly connected to the
ground. The module can only be shut down if it is powered off in this mode.
3.3.2 Module Shutdown
The module supports the following three shutdown modes:
