5.1 The Power Indicator LED Remaining
Off
Handle according to the procedures below.

Check whether the mains supply is normal.
2.
Check whether the power adapter matches the device.
3.
Check whether the power button is pressed down.
4.
Check whether the power cable connection is normal.
5.2 The PON Indicator LED Remaining Off
Handle according to the procedures below.
1.
Check whether the device power supply is normal.
2.
Check whether the optical fiber connection is normal.
3.
Check whether the ONU has obtained the ISP authorization.
4.
Check whether the optical interface is normal; if not, replace the
device.
