Safety
IN ANY CASE:
- The compressor must be used in appropriate areas (well ventilated, with a room temperature
b5 and +40 degrees), never in presence of dust, acids, vapors, flammable or explosive
gases.
- Always keep the work area tidy. The current compressor must be placed on a stable surface.
- When using pneumatic accessories accident as possible wear protective clothing.
- Always keep a safe distance of at least 4 meters between the compressor and the work area.
- It is with which to compare the data match the license plate of the compressor eletkrischen existing
system, a voltage difference of + / - 10 % from the nominal thickness is allowed.
- Connect the power cord plug into an outlet with a matching shape, voltage, and frequency comply
with applicable regulations.

multiple sockets is not recommended.
- Always carry the compressor by the handle.
- The use of compressed air to the different intended purposes requires knowledge of and compliance
with the relevant regulations.
- This compressor is specified for operation as an interval on the sign of the technical specifications
designed to prevent overheating of the electric motor. In case of overheating, the thermal protector of
the motor turns on, which automatically cuts off the power supply. Is the normal operating temperature
is restored, the motor restarts automatically.
DO NOT:
- Never point at people, animals or yourself.
- The compressor must not come into contact with water or other liquids. Also emerging from the tools
connected to the compressor liquid jet must never be directed to the compressor itself: The unit is
under tension and could lead to electric shocks or short circuits.
- The unit does not operate when barefoot or with wet hands and feet.
- Not on ziehem power cord to remove the plug as the power outlet or to move the compressor.
- Do not expose the device to the weather.
- When the compressor is used outdoors, it must be stored after use in a closed room or in a covered
place.
- In case of rain or bad weather, the compressor must not be used outdoors!

- The compressed air produced by this machine is not in the pharmaceutical, food or hospitals use and
may not be used for filling of diving cylinders.
- Do not put any flammable objects or objects made of nylon and fabric in the near and / or on the
compressor.
- Do not cover the air intake to the compressor.
- Do not cover the compressor.
- Do not open the compressor and make changes on any part.

Electrical connection
The electrical connection must be carried out according to the VDE and EVU by an authorized
specialist. All performance data can be found on the nameplate. All work on the unit are carried out in
de-energized condition!
Commissioning
Connect the desired accessory. Connect the compressor to the power cord to the power supply. Press
the switch to turn on the compressor. The compressor remains in operation until the air tank is filled.
Once the maximum pressure (8 bar) is reached, the compressor stops automatically. The pressure
value of the air contained in the tank is displayed on the gauge. It is normal for the compressor during
use of the compressed air off periodically and restarting. After use, switch off the compressor with the
switch, disconnect the power cord and stow in the back pocket on the back of the compressor. Use the
connected equipment in idle until no more air in the tank.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution! Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the power plug!
Do not clean the machine and its components with solvents, flammable or toxic cleaning liquids. For
cleaning, use only a damp cloth. After about 2 hours of use, the condensation that forms in the tank
needs to be emptied. First drain all the air. To the accessories connected as described above to use in
neutral. The vent valve located under the (previously turned off) compressor screw 2 turns. In this
case, the compressor must be kept in a vertical position. Empty all the water and screw the valve
securely.
Disposal
The device must be disposed of according to national regulations.
