3.1 Overview of installation
Warning
Before carrying out fitting, installation and/or mainten
ance work, always switch off the power supply.
You can thereby avoid:
uncontrolled movements of the connected actuators
undefined switching states of the electronic components
damage to the electronic components.
Caution
Incorrectly prepared cables may damage the electronic
components and trigger off unexpected movements of the
motor.

For connecting the electric components of the system,
use only the cables listed as accessories (see Tab.3/2).
Only in this way can you be sure that the system will
function correctly.

Lay all flexible cables free of kinks and mechanical
stress; if necessary use protective trunking.
Caution
Long lines reduce immunity to interference (EMC).

Do not exceed the maximum permitted cable lengths.
