Write SDO message

To write objects of these data types, the following listed sequences are used. The write command to

write a value to the EMCA begins with different identifiers (W-ID: 2Fh/2Bh/23h) according to the data

type (8-/16-/32-bit). The EMCA always answers as expedited transfer with the same identifier (A-ID:

60h).

All numbers must be written as hexadecimal.
