No error, operating voltage for
electronics and sensors is on.

LED flashes
Operating voltage for elec-
tronics and sensors outside the
tolerance range.
1. Check operating voltage.
2. Rectify short circuit/overload.
3. Depending on the parameter-
isation:
–
Factory setting: the sensor
supply voltage will be
switched on again automati-
cally after the short circuit
has been eliminated.
–
Switch power supply off and
on.
LED is off
Operating voltage for elec-
tronics and sensors is not on.
Check the operating voltage
connection of the electronics.
