4. Warranty, claims
ECOFLOOR, supplier of the cable circuits, provides
warranty period of 24 months for the product’s
nctionality, beginning from the date of its installation that
confirmed in the certificate of warranty (installation must
e made at latest within 6 months from the date of
urchase), provided that:
a certificate of warranty and proof of purchase are
submitted,
the procedure described in this user guide has been
followed,
data on laying and connecting the cable in the floor
and the resulting measured values of the insulation
resistance of the heating cable are provided, and
the procedure for applying the sealing cement

Provided that the aforementioned conditions were met
and the warranty period has expired, the conditions under
the claims procedure, clause 5, applies for an additional
period of 8 years.

4. Záruka, reklamácie
Dodávate ľ vodi č ových okruhov ECOFLOOR poskytuje
záruku na ich funk č nos ť po dobu 24 mesiacov odo d ň a
inštalácie potvrdenej na záru č nom liste (inštalácia musí
by ť zrealizovaná maximálne 6 mesiacov od dátumu
predaja) ak je:
doložený záru č ný list a doklad o zakúpení,
dodržaný postup pod ľ a tohto návodu,
doložené údaje o skladbe vodi č a v podlahe, zapojení
a výsledkoch meraní izola č ného odporu
vykurovacieho vodi č a,
dodržaný návod výrobcu na aplikáciu tmelov.
Reklamácia sa uplat
ň uje písomne u firmy, ktorá
realizovala inštaláciu, pripadne priamo u výrobcu. Pri
dodržaní vyššie uvedených podmienok a po uplynutí
záru
č nej doby platia po dobu ď alších 8 rokov podmienky
pod ľ a reklama č ného poriadku, bod č . 5.
