9.2.4 Positioning the intermediate gearbox
Steps that must be completed:

Fitting the stator
-
Fitting the grooved ball bearings

Fitting the armature
-
Fitting the intermediate gearbox
Tools:

PH2 cross-tip screwdriver

Socket head wrench, 6 mm

Position the intermediate gearbox (

) in the motor housing
(

).

Screw in the four screws with the sealing rings (

) [4 Nm].
3.
Position the intermediate gearbox (
1
) in the gearbox
housing (

).
4.
Screw in the two cylinder head screws (

).
5.
Repeat step 4 on the opposite side of the machine.
