3. ASSEMBLY

a. Assembly of the chain guide and saw chain
IMPORTANT: The machine must not be started during assembly. Wear protective gloves

when handling the blade.

Note: the spiked bumper is already mounted on the tool.

1) Pull the protective guard toward the front handle to check that the chain brake is not engaged.

2) Loosen the nuts and remove the chain cover.

3) Attach the bracket to the rear of the engine assembly with a screw.
