DIP Switches 3 and 4: Backout Gate Reset Time
The following table lists the DIP switch positions to set the amount of time,
from 15 seconds to 60 seconds, that the gate stays up to let the patron enter the
facility. If DIP switch 7 is closed, enabling Backout Gate Arm Timeout, the gate
automatically closes if loop-B does not detect the vehicle within the configured
time.
Note:
This setting only affects the amount of time the patron has to pull onto
loop-B. Once the patron pulls onto loop B, the gate arm stays up until
the patron clears the loop.
If DIP switch 7 is open, disabling Backout Gate Arm Timeout, DIP switches 3
and 4 are not applicable; the gate arm stays up until the patron clears loop B.
DIP Switches 5 and 6: Gate Arm Length
The following table lists the DIP switch positions for the various gate arm
lengths.
