5.4 Checking the fuel level; topping up fuel

Danger to life caused by explosive gas-air
mixes!

Do not allow gasoline to come into contact with
hot components.

Smoking and open fire is prohibited.
–
Keep away from heat sources, sparks and
other sources of ignition.

Do not spill any gasoline.
NOTICE!
Danger of engine damage!

Monitor the entire refuelling process.
–
Contaminated fuel can cause malfunction or
even damage of the engine. If necessary, fill in
fuel through a screen filter.
–
Use only fuel of the permitted specification

Park the machine safely

Clean the area around the filling port.
3.
Remove the cap and check the filling level visually.
4.
If necessary, fill in fuel through a funnel with screen filter.
5.
Close the cap.
