Disassemble the guard (2).

Disassemble the V-belt pulley (1).
3.
Replace the V-belt.
4.
If necessary, reassemble the spacers that may have been
removed.
5.
Assemble the V-belt pulley, tightening torque: 35 Nm
(26 ft
·
lbf).
6.
Assemble the guard, tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ft
·
lbf).
