8.7.1 Changing the oil in the rammer foot

Components may get damaged!
– Drain tamper foot oil only at operating tempera-
ture.
– Ensure strict cleanliness.
– Use only tamper oil of the permitted specifica-
tion.
– Filling quantity: Ä Chapter 8.3 ‘List of fuels and
lubricants’ on page 66 .

Danger of burning on hot components!
– Wear your personal protective equipment (pro-
tective gloves, protective clothing).
– Avoid touching hot components.
1. Park the machine safely Ä Chapter 6.4 ‘Parking the machine
in secured condition’ on page 57 .
2. Clean the area around filler and drain plug.
3. Unscrew the drain plug.
