Remove the fuel tank.

For this purpose unscrew hexagon nuts (1)
(Fig. 42) and hexagon screw (2).

Open the hose clamp 1 (Fig. 43), pull off the
hose.
l
Unscrew fuel screen (2).
l
Clean the fuel screen, check the condition of
the screen (holes), replace if necessary.
l
Check the seal (3).
l
Screw in the fuel screen filter, tightening
torque: 2 Nm.
l
Fill in fuel and check for leaks.

Remove the V-belt guard.
l
Check the condition and tension of the V-belt,
replace the V-belt if damaged.
l
Compression measurement approx. 5 mm
(Fig. 44).

Slightly loosen two fastening screws (1) (Fig.
45) on both sides of the engine carrier.
l
Push the motor carrier forward and take the V-
belt off.
l
Install the new V-belt.
