TION

5.10.3  Inserting Half Panels

Slot one of the spare Half Panels approximately 300mm into the C40 / C90 Trackway

®

 Boat 

Ramp, ensuring that the male and female joints connect on each side with the C40 / C90 
Trackway

®

 Boat Ramp on the ground and the C40 / C90 Trackway

®

 Boat Ramp on the Spool.

Repeat with the other Half Panel on the other side of the C40 / C90 Trackway

 Boat Ramp.

With the ends of the C40 / C90 Trackway

®

 Boat Ramp segments to be joined properly aligned 

and connected, the Half Panels can be pushed in fully. The Sledge Hammer may be used if this 
is too difficult to do by hand. Be careful, as hitting the panel too hard, directly with Sledge 
Hammer could damage the panels.

NOTE: It may help to engage the center Locking Bolt 
/ Tamperproof Locking Bolt of one Half Panel to make 
positioning the second easier.

Slide the Locking Bolt / Tamperproof Locking bolt into the locked position at each end of the 
inserted panel and the panel adjacent to it. 

Stow any accessories back in the Storage Boxes.
