WatchDog 0 Timer
WatchDog 1 Timer
Sets the time interval for the corresponding timer counting. The Watchdog timer
counts backwards during operation. If the value is set to 64 seconds, it will count
down to 0 and then generate a RESET, NMI or IRQ signal. If the timer receives a
reset signal during the countdown, it will interrupt the count and start counting
again from 64
