11 x Black Caster Bolts
Regular #2 Phillips Screwdriver
7 x Non-Locking U-Casters
Short #2 Phillips Screwdriver
4 x Locking U-Casters
8 x 5/8” Pan Head screws
6 x Rubber Caster Bolt Caps
Read through all steps before proceeding to assembly.
You may want to have an assistant available when turning cabinet bases and handling tops.
There are 5 boxes labeled Left Cabinet, Right Cabinet, Tops, Leaf and Shelves & Back.
Note: the Rafix locking cams are accessed at an angle of 25 degrees from the joint, not perpendicular.
1.
Place the Left Cabinet box on the floor upside down and open the bottom.
2.
Remove the packing from around the bottom of the cabinet and the Hardware Pack from the Electric Lift.
3.
Install two Locking U-Casters in the front near the door (for ease of access when locking and unlocking). Install
two Non-Locking U-Casters in the rear of the cabinet.
4.
Each caster has a large hole and a small hole. The small hole should be positioned inside the cabinet. Line up the
holes in the cabinet sides with the holes in the casters and insert the caster screw through the large hole of the
caster, through the cabinet and screw into the small hole of the caster. Tighten the screw until it is snug.
5.
Hold the box flap against the side as you carefully tilt the box and cabinet over and set it upright on its casters.
6.
Remove the box from the cabinet.
7.
Repeat steps 1 through 6 for the Right Cabinet box.
8.
Unpack the top supports from the Shelves & Back box.
9.
Attach a caster to the right cabinet top support.
10. Install the right cabinet top support.
11. Attach the left cabinet top support to the shelf unit back.
12. Attach a caster to the shelf unit back.
13. Attach the left top support to the left cabinet.
14. Install the shelves on the left cabinet shelf unit sides.
15. Remove the shipping braces.
16. Unpack the cabinet tops from the Tops box.
17. Install the Rafix screws in the on the underside of the tops.
18. Hold a top (marked Left and Right) over the corresponding cabinet bottom, lining up the cam bolts with the cam
locks that were factory installed in the cabinet base. Lower the top onto the base. When the top lays flat on the
cabinet, tighten the cam locks using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, turning each one approximately 180 degrees until
snug.
19. Repeat step 18 for the other top and base.
20. Bring the two sections together and install the hinge pins to hold the tops together.
21. From the Shelves & Back box, unpack the Back Cross Connector and Leaf Support, which are already attached to
each other.
22. Align the Back Cross Connector hinge halves with the corresponding hinge halves on the cabinet backs and
install the hinge pins in each.
