Using the Salad Express

1. Please ensure that the speed knob is turned
to “0”
2. Take out the release lever and remove the
front cover from the top housing.
3. Place the salad express housing with the
filler neck upwards into the spiral drive, then
release the lever until it fixed.
4. Choose a cylinder cutter (slice cutter, coarse
shredder or fine shredder). Place the cylinder
cutter into the salad express housing with
opening facing forwards.
5. Connect the device to a 2 2 0 -240 V, 50 Hz safety
contact power socket.
6. Adjusting the levels at 5-6 by the speed knob.
7. Push the food further down with the pusher.
Do not touch with your fingers.
