MOUNTING THE RADIANT 1000X LIGHT ON AN ARM

1.

The Y-S Connector included enables mounting the Radiant 1000X Light on any arm or
connector that features a standard YS Mount at the top, such as on Fantasea Flex Arms.

2.

In order to install the Y-S Connector on the Radiant 1000X Light, first remove the screw
from the bottom of the YS Mount by unscrewing it all the way out (image #5).

3.

Remove the LED head. To do so, hold the hand grip firmly in one hand with the hand grip
pointing towards your body and the LED head pointing away. Turn the LED head clockwise
until it separates. Gently separate the LED head from the body of the light (images #1 and
#2 on page 6). Remove the battery so it doesn’t accidently fall out of the light during
installation of the Y-S Connector.

4.

Install the Y-S Connector by sliding it on the body of the light, starting from its front and all
the way towards the rear end until it reaches a higher rib and can no longer be slid
backward (image #6). Note that the connector is flexible and might need to be expanded a
bit in order to be slid on the body of the light.

5.

Reinstall the battery and the LED head on the body of the light, carefully aligning it with
the thread on the body of the light and tightening it evenly in a counterclockwise fashion
all the way to the end (images #3 and #4 on page 6). Do not use force and do not allow it
to screw down unevenly.

6.

With the Y-S Connector installed on the light, position it over the arm so that the Y-S
Mount on top of the arm is aligned with the YS Connector at the bottom of the LED light
(image #7 on the following page).

7.

Install the screw all the way through the Y-S Connector and Y-S Mount on the arm (image
#8 on the following page). Tighten it enough to keep the LED light in a fixed position.

8.

It is always advisable to secure the light using the hand lanyard.
