INSTALLING THE FAN

 

INSTALLING THE DOWN ROD 

1.  Remove the ball joint and dowel pin from the down rod (5) by loosening the set screw (3). 

Do not discard keep these parts, they are required to reassemble later. 

2.  Feed the wires (2) and plug (1) through the down rod (5). 
3.  Insert the down rod into the 

down rod housing 

(7). Align the 

down rod housing 

hole with the down rod 

hole.   
Insert the pin (8) into the hole and secure with the pin spring lock (9).   

4.  Secure the down rod (5) and 

down rod housing 

(7) by tightening the two set screws (10) on the 

down 

rod housing

 (7). 

5.  Install the 

down rod housing cover 

(6) over the 

down rod housing

 (7).   

6.  Slide the canopy (4) over the down rod (5). 
7.  Install the ball joint and dowel pin back onto the down rod (5) and secure by tightening the set screw

HANGING THE FAN 

Lift the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket. Ensure the key slot (A) of the hanger ball is positioned 
on the key pin (B) of the mounting bracket (C) to prevent the fan from rotating when in operation. (Fig.5) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
 
Insert the LED driver into the lower section of the mounting bracket then insert the remote receiver into 
the top section of the mounting bracket. Fig.6
