To install belt pulley and V-belt follow the procedures below:

Check each V-belt for any pollutions by grease or dirt;

Keep V-belt in a proper tension: When V-belt is too loose, it tends to slippage. On the other hand,
if it is too tight, it leans to a great tensile force to the shaft, which will decrease its service life.
③
To check the tension of the belt at the center of the tangent line of the two belt pulleys, namely at
L/2. Exert a force of190N at the midpoint of the belt, enabling its deflection offset to be 16mm as
proper tension.
④
Check the coplanarity of the two pulleys for offset within 1mm, or else adjustment is required.
4.3 Electric installation
(1) Electric connection

Please refer to Fig.4-13 for electric control diagram to connect the electric cables to
the central control room.

Properly protect the cable channels in central control room.

Keep the central control room clean and free of dust. See Fig.4-13.
