MACHINE PARAMETER SUMMARY
GENERAL PARAMETERS
P000 Indicates the language used by the DRO.
P001 Indicates the type of machine used. Mill or Lathe.
P002 Indicates the type of measuring units (millimeters or inches) used to display the axes
position values on power-up.
P003 Indicates the type of flank (up or down) of the probe signal.
P004 Indicates whether the DRO will freeze the display of the position values of the axes for
as long as the probe touches the part (“STOPPED”) or it keeps updating it (“CONTI-
NUES”).
P005 Indicates the type of communications protocol to be used with a computer or peripheral
device.
P006 Indicates the number of data bits per character transmitted via RS232 C serial port.
P007 Indicates the number of stop bits per word transmitted via RS232 C serial port.
P008 Indicates the type of parity check used during RS232C communications.
P009 Indicates the baudrate used for the RS232C communications.
P010 Indicates the end-of-line character used when communicating with general peripheral
device.
P011 Indicates the data and command source assumed by the DRO.
P012 Indicates whether the machine parameters for the axes are locked or not.
