4.6 Recycling
The product packaging consists of:

All the packaging used around the machine can be recycled; The correct disposal of these products
will help to protect the environment. For further information regarding the recycling of these products,
please refer to the relevant office of the local government. Dispose of these materials in accordance
with current legislation.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE STARTING THE APPLIANCE, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

THIS APPLIANCE IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE AND SHOULD
ONLY BE USED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
5.1 Risks of use
You are using a cooking pot, do not use this appliance for anything other than
what it is designed for, as its operating components may be damage.
Clean the machines thoroughly. If you are going to use solvents or inflammable
cleaning products to remove any dirt on the pan, always do so when the pan is
cold, the control buttons are switched to Off, and the mains power is
disconnected.
Once the products have been used, carefully rinse them with plenty of water
and then dry the pan.
There is a risk of trapping when lowering the cover. Proceed with care.
Care should be taken when emptying the contents of the tub. The food may be
hot and there is a risk of burns.
Check the water level of the pot. It if is insufficiently filled, the temperature
may rise too high causing the appliance to overheat.
5.2 Operation
Instructions for the correct use of the appliance:

Avoid the use of coarse salt as this dissolves slowly and may corrode the base of the pot.
•
Excessive use for cooking shellfish may damage the appliance.
•
For optimum results, the cover should be kept closed.
•
To achieve optimum heating of the tank, it is advisable to purge the Chamber of the Bain-Marie
during the first use of the machine. To do this, press the pressure valve on the hob of the kettle
until all the air in the chamber is evacuated.
