2.2 On/Off
The oven power is switched on/off using the main Power switch located under the front
cover. To switch the oven control panel on or off, press the On/Off button.
Each time the control screen is switched on, the values of the last operation are displayed,
using the default values if it is the first time the oven is switched on.

2.3 Cooking mode
Oven operating mode selector. Pressing each function selector selects the cooking mode and
illuminates the light underneath, highlighting it in relation to the other modes.
When the oven is switched on, it is configured using the default settings.
Steam
Concept: Humid heat is generated by injecting water into the heating elements or
gas burner in the oven chamber.
Concept Plus: Humid heat is generated by boiling water in the oven boiler.
Temperature range: 30ºC to 130ºC
Humidity range: 100%
Combination
Dry heating generated by the heating elements or gas burner in the oven chamber. Humid
heat is generated by steam. The oven regulates itself by combining the convection-steam
functions.
Temperature range: 20ºC to 300ºC
Humidity range: 0% to 100%
Convection
Heating generated by the heating elements or gas burner in the oven chamber. The
humidity is generated by the food and the oven regulates itself when the selected
humidity is reached.
Temperature range: 20ºC to 300ºC
Humidity range: 0% to 100%
