Rack mounting procedure for Quantum
The Quantum processors are housed in rack-mountable metal enclosures with mounting
flanges for standard 19-inch racks.
Mount the processor as follows (see figure 69):
1.
Insert the unit into the rack, aligning the holes in the mounting flanges with those in the
rack.
2.
Secure the processor to the rack using the supplied bolts.

ATTENTION:

Because of the weight of the Quantum processor, you may need to provide
additional support for the unit from the back.

Mounting the QC 101
The QC 101 can be placed on a table, desk, or podium (attach the provided rubber feet)
or mounted on a standard 19-inches wide rack shelf. To rack mount the unit, see the
instructions provided with the mounting kit.
