MAIN SCREEN DESCRIPTION

5.2

Local panels

Local panels display the main transceiver settings.

Press and hold the related button on the transceivers panel to call up a local panel, it will be

displayed instead of the waterfall graphic.

To close a local panel press and hold the related button again or close it by the click on the

cross in the right, top corner of the local panel with either the mouse cursor or via touch screen.

Note:

Local panels are available only in the ExpertSDR2-MB1

style . In classic ExpertSDR2-PC

style

the local panels are not available. Required settings you may find in the Options menu.

5.2.1

ATU

Press and hold the TUN button on the front panel of the transceiver to open/close the local

panel.

BYPASS - The tuner's Bypass mode button.

Press the BYPASS to enable tuner's bypass mode to exclude it's influence on the transceiver.

RX - Enable the Tuner for the RX mode.

Press the RX button to enable matching in the RX mode.

Note:

The Tuner cannot do matching in the RX mode . The Tuner can only use saved earlier states

from the TX mode.

TX - Enable the Tuner for the TX mode.

Press the TX button to enable matching in the TX mode (more details in

ATU operaion

RX AFTER TUNED - "RX after tuned" enable button.

Press the RX AFTER TUNED button and the transceiver will turn to the RX mode after the

tuner is tuned.
