TRANSCEIVER OPERATIONS

7.36 Adjusting TX Equalizer

Adjust ing t he 18-band TX Equalizer - is carried out via the TX Equalizer local panel.

Press and hold the T.EQ button on the front panel of the transceiver to open/close the local

panel.

Set the required response for each TX equalizer frequency.

By rotating the Mult i 1 knob, choose the band which you want to adjust - marked with the green

rectangle.

By rotating the Mult i 2 knob set the required level for each band.

Note:

TX equalizer settings are stored for each microphone separately.

(

Equalizer tuning could be performed with the help of the mouse, by dragging the equalizer

slider up and down.

(

Also equalizer tuning could be performed with the help of the transceiver's

touch-screen

panel, by dragging the equalizer slider up and down with your finger.

7.37 Voice Recorder Operation

Voice recorder allows you to record the signal in the filter bandwidth in the RX mode, and to

record the signal from your own microphone in the TX mode.

Record of t he receive voice signal:

1. Press the Rec button

on the front panel of the transceiver to start the recording.

Red LED indicator on the left of the Rec button will start blinking.
