For 88260 module a message is displayed when either no transceiver
systems are inserted or are all invalid:
Note:
For 88260 module inserting or removing a transceiver system triggers the
transceiver system detection process resulting that the default port is
selected and results are cleared.

Tunable : For transceivers having tunable capability, (Tunable) is
written next to the transceiver module ID.

Rate : Once the transceiver is correctly detected , select the
interface rate. Rates depend on the selected port, the inserted
transceiver, and the rates supported on the module.
