Installing Your Unit in a Rack

Your unit is designed to be installed in 19-inch racks only. It will not fit
into 21-inch (ETSI) and 23-inch racks.

The rack should provide sufficient vertical clearance to insert the unit.
The height of the unit is three rack units (3U) high or 133,35 mm
(5.25 in.).

Your unit has front air intakes and rear air exhausts. Mount or position
your unit so that air can circulate freely around it. When operating the
unit, select a location that provides at least:

75 mm (3 in.) of rear clearance

75 mm (3 in.) of front clearance
Note:
There is no need to leave an empty slot between units when you stack
them one on top of the other inside a rack.

All electrical cabling can be connected only through the back panel.

Failure to provide adequate cooling clearance may result in an
excessive internal temperature, thus reducing the reliability of your
unit.
