Phone Book Button
The
Phone Book
is used to configure, save, load, import, and export phone
numbers and phone books.
Configure tab
The Configure tab allows you to save a phone number and associate a
name with it.
To save an entry in the Phone Book:
1.
Press the Phone Book button. By default, the Configure tab is
displayed.
2. Press Create New button.
3.
Enter the name for the corresponding phone number in the Name
field. A maximum of twenty characters is allowed.
4.
Enter the phone number in the Number field. A maximum of thirty
digits is permitted.
A phone book can contain up to 100 entries. A phone book lists entries in
alphabetical order. If a name in phone book appears more than once, the
second criteria for the order of listing is the phone number.
