If you have 

not

 purchased the optional software package, since you cannot 

use the optional features, you may prefer to hide them (macrobend 
detection, linear view).

Note:

You cannot hide the optional features if you purchased the software 
package.

To display or hide the optional features:
1.

From the button bar, press 

OTDR Setup

.

2.

In the 

General

 tab, under 

Display

, clear the 

Show all optional 

software features

 check box to hide the options

OR

Select the check box to display them.
